Make Sure Your Bedroom is Cleared of Your Ex
A good night sleep is essential to your emotional and physical well being. Having anything of your ex’s left in your bedroom will bring your mood and energy levels down.
Take 15 minutes and check through all drawers, closets, cupboards, bookshelves etc and put anything of his into a box to be given back to him. Make sure you get rid of his pillow. His energy is all over it.
By removing his things, you’re starting fresh and creating your own private, peaceful retreat made up only of your new attitude and energy.
If you’re still using the same sheets, either buy new ones or dye the ones you have so they create a new ambience.
You want your bedroom to reflect you, not him. Make your bedroom your special retreat, one where you can feel calm. Above all, you need a good night's sleep to be move forward.
